Twinkle is the youngest of the dinnerladies. She is quite sarcastic and not very bright. She is often late and always comes to work in her uniform despite being told off by Tony several times.
She is a caring girl who looks after her mum who is in a wheelchair. She often turns to Bren when she has a problem, such as when she thinks she is pregnant.
She's never very impressed with Tony's jokes and often responds with "Ha ha..." followed by many variations such as "Ha ha, straight to video" or "Ha ha, Alan Partridge".
Out of work, she is friends with Tiffany, who she brings to the christmas party in series one. They spend their time going to slimming classes, drinking and falling into skips.
